Q: With regards to white label products can you source different packaging, or can I supply my packaging for you to fill?
A: We supply our white label products in a choice of either glass or plastic packaging. This range of packaging options suit most tastes. If you had your heart set on specific packaging, then you can buy our products in bulk and repackage yourself or supply us with your chosen packaging and we can fill this for you at an additional cost.
Q: Are you Certified Organic?
A: We choose to use certified ingredients where possible, but we are not and don’t claim to be certified organic. This is a certification process that needs your product to contain at least 95% organic ingredients. You cannot say that your products are organic.
Q: Do you export your products overseas?
A: Unfortunately, we only ship our white label products in South Africa currently. However as part of our private label formulation service we are able to help you create a product which will comply to export standards should you wish to sell your products abroad.
Q: What is the shelf life of the products?
A: We have a 12-18-month shelf life on most products.
Q: Do your products come with boxes?
A: No, our products don’t include boxes.
Q: What's the minimum amount that I have to spend to buy from your private label price list?
A: The MOQ is R1500 excluding shipping
Q: Can you help me with label design?
A: We can suggest some designers who we work with that will be able to assist you with designing a logo and labels – they offer very competitive label printing prices and low minimum order quantity on labels.
Q: How do I know what ingredients are in the products?
A: We will provide you with a full INCI list once you have placed your order.
Q: What is your refund policy?
A: Faulty or damaged products, we will replace your items as soon as we can. Please contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 48 hours of receiving the item) at info@mesura.co.za with a photograph of the fault. We do not offer refunds due to a change of mind.
Q: Can I buy a sample of the products I want?
A: Yes, the pricing is on our pricelist. The lead time is 2- 4 weeks.
Q: Will my products be Beauty without Cruelty approved?
A: No, but we only use cruelty-free and vegan ingredients so these are the two terms you may use on your products. Cruelty-free. Not tested on animals. Vegan.
Q: I want you to make me a new product only for myself that’s not on your price list can you help me with this?
A: Yes, we can – we have an hourly consultation rate of R550 p/hr to have an online meeting and discuss what we can and can’t help with. We can formulate a Private Label product specifically for you.
