Hi There, I´m Jena
With a background in the medical industry, Jena brings a wealth of experience to the health and beauty industry. In 2018, she transitioned from the corporate world to pursue her passion for wellness, which led to the founding of Alchemy Elixzar — a skincare range inspired by her research into the skin benefits of CBD.
After successfully growing and selling the brand, Jena went on to pursue a career as a cosmetic chemist and established Mesura Consulting — a bespoke consultancy firm specialising in helping start-up brands bring their ideas to life through a structured 5-step product development system.
In addition to working with new businesses, Jena also consults internationally, assisting established brands in reformulating products to meet evolving regulatory requirements and solving complex formulation and stability challenges.
Her mission remains rooted in simplicity, efficacy, and the power of nature — developing safe, non-toxic, high-performance skincare that supports both skin health and overall well-being.
